From Port Augusta to Wilpena in the Flinders Ranges, a stunning place. We climbed a mountain & had a good look around the ranges by car. Today we separated from Greg & Wendy to head home by the shortest possible route for medical reasons. As we passed through Ororoo we came across Wendy & Greg who popped out of a street in front of us, only to have the suspension on one of the caravan wheels fail, resulting in clouds of blue smoke a few seconds later. I was able to let them know by radio. We left them waiting for a mechanic & continued on to Broken Hill free camp, only to have G & W roll up soon after, having changed their plans due to weather. So we are in the same camp again tonight.. I don't think I will be doing another blog entry before arriving home, but I,m not sure.
