460 klm today to get to Barkly Homestead NT, with stops for morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea.
We had a tail wind most of the way. We kind of enjoyed this drive in the wonderful open country of NT.

Where the messages were.
Dry & grassless.
Iconic roadside.
Pano, Camooweal rest area at lunch time. Every caravan must stop here.
Heading into the big open grasslands of NT.
Its a sign.
Roadside at afternoon tea we watched these backpackers trying to put up their tent in a howling gale.
Every time they put it up it blew away. They were still trying when we left.
Watching the back packers.
Wanaroo roadside artesian bore.
Late afternoon at Barkly Homestead.

Another road sign warning of many possible hazards.
Its very dry out here. The outback showcases the primary colours, red, green & blue.
Morning tea stop at a shed in the middle of nowhere. I love all the messages people leave on every square inch.
